How long will it take to get my order?
The normal order ships within 5 days depending on holidays or weekends. You should receive your order within 14 days unless it is oversized.

Can I mail in an order with a check?
We do accept mail in orders with a personal check. However do not process the order until after your check has cleared your bank. If you want to order by mail, to speed up processing send a money order or cashier's check payable to LD Enterprises.

When you use the pay by electronic check at the checkout, we will hold up your order processing until funds are released by Paypal.

I received a broken item, how do I file a claim?
If you received a broken or damaged item, you need to contact the shipper and file a claim. We do not provide replacements due to damage caused during shipping.

I'm not happy with what I bought, can I return it?
Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If at any time during the first 30 days of receipt, you may return the unused item in the original packaging. In order to process your request promptly, you need to contact us for shipping and a return authorization form. Items returned without the return authorization form will be rejected and an return postage will be your responsibility.

I placed my order but it's not charged on my card, why?
Although every attempt is made to keep a tight control on our inventory, sometimes mistakes happen. So we pre-authorize your credit card, but do not actually charge it until the order is in fulfillment processing at one of our warehouses.
