Shipping, Handling, and Sales Tax:
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California or Nevada.
Residents of California pay 8.25% sales tax on all orders.
Residents of Nevada pay 7.725% sales tax on all orders.
Shipping prices are based on weight and final destination.
All items are shipped insured.
Upon delivery, check your shipping box for damage and report any potential content damage at the time. File a claim with the delivery person from UPS, USPS, or DHL.
Your order will be shipped by the best method for the area you live in. We use UPS, USPS, & DHL.
We do not provide express mail services.
Expect delivery of your order within two weeks.
If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us utilizing the contact us page.
Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping, we can not ship Internationally.
We ship to the USA & Canada.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
